Mission
To rally kids and adults alike to assist in any way possible those men and women who have volunteered to serve in the greatest military for the greatest country in the world
Veterans of our armed forces who have proudly served around the world live and work throughout all of our communities. Their children sit in my classes, their grandchildren play on my sports teams, and they march in our parades. Unfortunately, there are veterans who have struggled since returning home from serving who need our help in a wide variety of ways. That is why I formed Patrick's Patriots...and you can join me!

VALLEY BROOK VILLAGE
Patrick's Patriots directly supports Valley Brook Village (valleybrookvillagenj.com), a first of its kind VASH (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) community for homeless veterans, situated on the Lyons Campus of the Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System in Lyons, New Jersey. Community Hope (communityhope-nj.org) provides comprehensive support services to the veterans living at Valley Brook Village. Last year, 100% of veterans residing at the Village participated in case management services, and all veterans maintained their permanent housing. Importantly, as residing veterans prepared for their next step, more than 90% of those served had positive discharges, and 65% of veterans were employed at discharge. The dedicated staff of Community Hope and Valley Brook Village are making a difference!
